Return and Refund Policy

At KLEM KUSTOMS, every DTF transfer and gang sheet is custom-printed using the artwork and specifications provided by the customer. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Orders Are Final Sale

Because our DTF transfers and custom gang sheets are made specifically for each customer, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Incorrect sizes selected or submitted by the customer

• Low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated artwork

• Spelling or design errors in customer-provided files

• Unwanted backgrounds or stray pixels

• Incorrect colors included in the submitted artwork

• Improper transfer placement or heat-press application

• Orders placed by mistake or changed after production begins

• Slight differences between screen colors and printed colors

Customers are responsible for reviewing their artwork, dimensions, spelling, quantities, and order details before completing checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered due to an error by KLEM KUSTOMS, contact us within three business days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photos of the transfers

• Photos of the packaging and shipping label

• The number of affected transfers

Do not press, cut, or use the affected transfers before contacting us. Once a transfer has been applied or altered, we may be unable to verify the issue.

Reprints and Refunds

After reviewing your claim, KLEM KUSTOMS may provide a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation. We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate resolution.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Heat-Press Application Issues

We are not responsible for transfers damaged by incorrect temperature, pressure, pressing time, peeling method, garment choice, or washing procedure. Heat presses and fabrics vary, so we strongly recommend testing one transfer before completing a full production run.

Please follow our DTF Heat Press Instructions carefully. If a design begins to lift during peeling, stop and repress it before removing the film.

Shipping Problems

KLEM KUSTOMS is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us so we can help review the available shipping information and carrier options.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once artwork has been processed or printing has started, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
