These Terms of Service govern your use of the KLEM KUSTOMS website and your purchase of our DTF transfers, custom gang sheets, and related products or services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the website’s operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content and services for fraudulent or illegal activities.

We may refuse service, cancel an order, or restrict website access when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, or violations of these terms.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. However, information may occasionally contain errors or require updates.

Colors shown on phones, tablets, and computer screens may differ from printed colors because of display settings, artwork color profiles, garment colors, and the DTF printing process. Slight color variations are not considered printing defects.

Orders and Payment

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order. Orders are not accepted until payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued.

KLEM KUSTOMS reserves the right to:

• Accept or reject an order

• Limit quantities

• Correct pricing or product-information errors

• Request additional information

• Cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled

All applicable prices, shipping charges, and taxes will be displayed during checkout when available.

Customer Artwork

You are responsible for reviewing all artwork, dimensions, spelling, colors, quantities, backgrounds, and design placement before submitting an order.

Customer files should be print-ready, correctly sized, and preferably submitted as a high-resolution 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background. KLEM KUSTOMS is not responsible for poor results caused by low-resolution images, incorrect sizing, unwanted backgrounds, stray pixels, spelling mistakes, or other issues present in customer-submitted files.

We may print artwork exactly as submitted unless editing services have been purchased or agreed upon separately.

Artwork Ownership and Permission

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own the content or have legal permission to reproduce it. You agree not to submit copyrighted, trademarked, illegal, hateful, or otherwise unauthorized material.

You retain ownership of your original artwork. You grant KLEM KUSTOMS limited permission to access, process, reproduce, and store the submitted files as necessary to fulfill and support your order.

You are responsible for claims resulting from artwork you submit without proper authorization.

Production and Order Changes

Production times are estimates and may vary based on artwork quality, order size, workload, equipment issues, and material availability. Shipping time is separate from production time.

Order changes or cancellations are only available before production begins. Once artwork processing or printing has started, custom orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

Shipping and Local Pickup

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. KLEM KUSTOMS is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional expenses caused by incorrect addresses, weather, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers selecting local pickup must wait until receiving confirmation that the order is ready.

Returns, Refunds, and Reprints

Because our DTF transfers and gang sheets are custom-made, all sales are generally final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not provided for customer artwork errors, incorrect sizes, ordering mistakes, color expectations, or improper heat-press application.

Claims involving damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted according to our Return and Refund Policy. We may offer a reprint, replacement, store credit, or refund after reviewing an eligible claim.

Heat-Press Application

Customers are responsible for following the recommended DTF Heat Press Instructions and testing one transfer before pressing an entire order.

KLEM KUSTOMS is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect temperature, time, pressure, peeling method, garment choice, press calibration, washing, or care. Pressing instructions are general recommendations because equipment and materials can vary.

Intellectual Property

The KLEM KUSTOMS name, website design, logos, graphics, written content, and other business materials may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used without written permission.

This restriction does not transfer ownership of customer-submitted artwork to KLEM KUSTOMS.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KLEM KUSTOMS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed orders, product use, lost profits, or customer application errors.

Our total liability for an eligible claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or order involved. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service when our operations, services, website, or legal obligations change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Mississippi and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court with appropriate jurisdiction unless another resolution method is agreed upon.
